Right on that seam, Olman Valladárez has spent twenty-four years learning what Finca Los Alpes will give and precisely when to ask for it. His Geisha trees are the newest thing on the farm, and they answered by taking first place at the 2026 Cup of Excellence. He dries the cherries whole and slow, so the fruit never really leaves: chocolate covered pineapple, mango and passionfruit, rolling in like a warm front off the border.
