INFORMATION TASTING NOTES VARIETIES Andrew went with me to Nicaragua this year, and got to spend time with the producers on their farms and in the cupping room. He recently remarked that now it’s easy to taste each of their personalities in the cup because they are reflective in the style of the coffee. This one, for sure. Juan Ramon’s nickname is Formal, and this coffee is nothing if not straightforward.
