Kiringa AA Espresso
Kiringa Coffee Factory es una estación de lavado situada en Gichugu, Kirinyaga County, y perteneciente a la cooperativa Kabare Farmers Cooperative Society, fundada en 1998. Actualmente trabaja con unos 850 pequeños productores. Su nombre proviene del río Kiringa, que nace en el bosque del Monte Kenia y proporciona el agua utilizada en el procesamiento. En taza encontramos una dulzura profunda que recuerda a la grosella negra y al azúcar moreno. Este café tiene un perfil ácido y afrutado, similar a la cereza negra, con un cuerpo sedoso. Presenta un final dulce y herbal.
