Caramel-Lemon-Green Apple Single Origin Guatemala Los Huipiles SHB Nocturnal was the first light roast coffee we ever roasted back in the garage. It’s been many things over the years, a Colombian coffee, most recently a Costa Rica Honey Process, and now back to it’s roots of a clean, bright, exciting washed Guatemalan coffee grown in rich volcanic soil. The Huipiles region is unique due to the dry, hot winds that come in from Mexico, which protect the coffee from frost and allow it to grow at much higher elevations.
