Elle provient de la pulpe de la cerise de café séchée au soleil. Elle était déjà consommée au Yémen depuis la découverte du café il y cinq siècles. Cette boisson, très peu caféinée, contient énormément de vitamine C, d’antioxydants et de tanins. -- Acidulée et équilibrée, elle contient des notes aromatiques de raisins secs , de pruneaux , d’hibiscus et de chocolat noir
