This coffee is named Decaf De Caña because of the natural decaffeination process that utilizes a solvent of ethyl acetate, which can be derived from fermented sugar. The Decaf De Caña got a full body with a creamy sweet taste and a nice fruity acidity. It works perfectly for espresso as well as filter coffee and is a good alternative after the 5th, 6th or 21st caffeinated espresso.
