Mexico Oaxaca Cepco Royal Select Water Decaf
From the Oaxaca Region in Mexico at an altitude of 900-1700 meters in clay mineral soils. Using a natural select water process to decaffeinate this Fair Trade, Organic coffee is sun dried. The grower is of the Coordinadora Estatal de Productores de Cafe de Oaxaca. (CEPCO) The flavor profile includes fudge brownie, apple juice, and nougat. One of the best decafs we have ever had. Only available in a medium roast to preserve the delicate profile.
