Colectivo Coffee · United States
Guatemala Mountain of Flowers
You can expect a dynamic cup with red fruit, spice and a pleasing malic acidity. It’s reminiscent of an apple cobbler paired with a glass of Riesling, with notes of cardamom, cinnamon, red apple, black cherry and brown sugar. This coffee is grown and processed in Antigua—a region renowned for its world-class quality and unique profiles. But as the area continues to grow, coffee farmland is increasingly being replaced by modern structures and infrastructure. Founded in 1524, Antigua has a long history—and today, genuine Antiguan coffee is becoming more and more scarce.
