Pax & Beneficia Coffee · United States
Los Pirineos
What makes it rare: Pacamara is a 1958 cross of Pacas and Maragogipe, with some of the biggest beans in coffee. It gives little fruit, and plants vary from tree to tree. Its cup quality stands above most coffees of its kind. Diego is the fifth generation in a family that has grown coffee for over 130 years. The coffee grows in shade under trees his father planted. This lot dried whole on raised beds for about 25 days.
