Sabbath Coffee Roasters · United States
Brazil Serra Negra
This Brazil coffee comes from producer Ivan Junqueira Ribeiro of Fazenda Cruzeiro in the Campo das Vertentes region. We taste sweet cocoa and ripe fruit with a smooth, approachable body that shines especially well as a French press. The result is a balanced everyday coffee with a comforting, familiar profile. Sourced through Sancoffee’s farm select program, this lot offers increased traceability while helping support quality premiums paid directly to producers.
