콜롬비아 아세베도 지역의 알리리오 로드리게스가 재배한 허니 프로세스 커피입니다. 핑크 버번 품종 고유의 화사함에 허니 가공 특유의 단맛이 더해졌습니다. 우아한 오렌지 꽃향으로 시작해 복숭아, 살구 같은 잘 익은 과일의 달콤함으로 이어지며, 꿀을 머금은 듯한 부드러운 질감과 단맛의 밸런스가 훌륭합니다. 알리리오 로드리게스는 콜롬비아 우일라(Huila) 지역에서 30년 넘게 커피를 생산해 온 3대째 커피 농부입니다. 그는 15세라는 어린 나이에 자신의 농장인 '핀카 엘 레크레오(Finca El Recreo)'를 구입했습니다. 현재 그는 고품질 커피 생산과 안정적인 가격 확보에 집중하고 있으며, 성인이 된 두 자녀와 함께 농장을 운영하고 있습니다. 알리리오는 2018년에 스페셜티 커피로 전향했습니다. 상업용 커피의 낮은 가격 문제를 해결하고, 커피 생산의 질을 높여 사업을 확장하고 싶었기 때문입니다. 핑크 버번(Pink Bourbon)은 과거에 옐로우 버번과 레드 버번의 교배종으로 여겨졌습니다. 이 품종은 콜롬비아 우일라(Huila) 지역과 그 주변에서 처음 발견되었습니다. 하지만 최근 연구에 따르면 핑크 버번은 사실 버번 종이 전혀 아닌 것으로 밝혀졌습니다. 핑
