Natural-process single-origin coffee from farmers in the Haima Dakhliya and Kharijea districts of Sana’a Governorate, Yemen. Tasting notes of cacao nib, date syrup, and rustic spice create a syrupy, richly flavored cup. Suitable for espresso and other brewing methods. Whole bean coffee available in multiple bag sizes. This is a fascinating coffee with a deeply traditional Yemeni character. Haimi comes from approximately 100 smallholder farmers in the Haima Dakhliya and Kharijea districts of Yemen’s Sana’a governorate, where coffee is grown on rugged mountain terrain ranging from 1,000 to 2,000
