Not all our customers want a bright, lively coffee. Some just want rich deep chocolate tones and a simple hint of smokiness. So we've taken a lovely coffee from our special partner in Honduras, Juan Urquia, and roasted it just enough to bring out that traditional taste. This particular Honduras is great as either a medium roast or as this slightly darker version. We love it and are proud to serve your coffee however you like it best.
