Bressani Family Washed Sidra
Sidra is an Ecuadorian variety, a cross between Bourbon and Typica. They grow it toward the top of the Bressani Family farm. Finca San Jerónimo Miramar sits on the side of a volcano near Lake Atitlán. In 2015, Iconik traveled to Guatemala and connected with Giorgio, a third-generation coffee producer working his family farm. Giorgio has what we call a Varietal Library , where he grows Liberica, Gesha, Bourbon, and even has new varieties mutating on the Volcano.
