WHAT THE BARISTAS ARE DRINKING We specifically asked for this one. Tart Pom Ethiopia was a barista and customer favorite back in 2023, so when this year’s lot came around, we booked it based on memory and gave the sample a very happy yes. Somehow, it got even better: cleaner, more expressive, and loaded with lovely fruit. It was harvested in February, processed in March, hit the water in May, and landed in Milwaukee in August.
