Colombia Huila Excelso - House Roast
Colombia Excelso is an 100% washed Arabica grown at an altitude of 1450-2000 meters above sea level (m.a.s.l). It is supplied to us by Trilladora Barbarita, a Colombian wholesale coffee company located in the Valle del Cauca region. “Excelso” refers to the grade — these are European Preparation (EP) hand-sorted, large beans sifted with a screen size of 15-16. Tasting Notes: Mandarin orange with a toffee and nut body that lends well to all roast profiles.
