Het Kolarkhan Estate Deze plantage werd in 1890 opgericht door een Engelsman, de heer Crawford, die zijn landgoed later schonk aan de heer N. G. F. Graham. In de jaren 80 werd het landgoed gekocht door de heer Rudolf Mascarenhas en ging de focus voornamelijk uit naar het produceren van specialty koffie die traceerbaar is tot de plantage. Het landgoed beslaat een oppervlakte van 540 acres (ongeveer 219 hectare). Er worden zowel Arabica- als Robusta-koffie geteeld
