Wilmer Cubillos
Wilmer is a bigggg Tabi guy, and when you brew up a cup of this coffee I’m sure you will be too. We tasted both his washed and anaerobic Tabis and decided we needed them both, so I guess we’re big Tabi people now too. Tabi is a hybrid variety created by CENICAFE, crossing Typica, Bourbon, and Timor. In breeding this, it was hoped to merge the rust resistance and cup quality of the parents, and as an added bonus it can be grown at high altitudes in high density- what’s not to like?
