Blue Ayarza is grown in the mist-kissed crater of Laguna de Ayarza. A rich volcanic region known for producing complex flavors. Roasted light, this coffee opens with luminous notes of strawberry, grape jelly, and cherry, woven with honeysuckle and a subtle amount of bergamot. A beautiful floral brightness yields to velvet-soft sweetness with a silky finish of caramel, and crème de cassis.
