Ethiopia Reshad Ababulgu White Honey
Mandarin · Jasmine · Apricot · Brown Sugar This coffee comes from one farmer and one family plot. Single-producer lots are rare in Ethiopia, and this is one of the best we've tasted this year. In the cup It opens with bright mandarin orange and jasmine. As it cools, stone fruit comes forward: apricot, ripe peach, and a touch of nectarine. Green tea gives it a delicate finish, with a brown sugar and toffee sweetness underneath. The white honey process makes it sweeter and silkier than a typical washed Ethiopian while keeping the clarity and florals the region is known for. The farmer Reshad Aba
