Colombia - Damian Bolaños
Damian grows coffee in La Muralla, San Agustin, Huila, on his farm Buena Vista. This lot that we have is a caturra variety. Caturra coffees are knows for their small, dense beans and complex flavour profiles. After harvest, the coffee cherry gets pulped and left for a short dry fermentation, before a final washing and longer period of drying. Our early tasting notes on this one are chocolate, blood orange, and baking spices. The farm elevation spans 1850 - 1900 meters above sea level. 340g, 2lb, or 5 lb whole bean coffee. Light roast. *Grinding available for 340g bags only.* Sourced by Semil
