Very fun coffee alert! The story here is that producer Wilder Lazo managed to germinate green coffee from the Sidamo region of Ethiopia. That was in 2019. Fast forward to present day and the farm, Bella Alejandria, now has over one thousand coffee trees from those sprouts. So this coffee is mixed Ethiopian varieties grown at Wilders farm in Huila, Colombia. It was processed as a straight natural. It’s a fruit bomb, plain and simple.
