Organic Peruvian Bosques de Neblina
Slightly smoother and not quite so 'big' as Sumatra, this Organic Peruvian is what we put in our pour-over sachets and french presses. Peruvian coffee beans thrive in the high altitudes of the Andean peaks, slowly maturing into incredibly sweet cherries that are hand-picked for maximum ripeness. Coffee from Cajamarca is known for sweet cup profiles, and this organic lot from Bosques de Neblina is full of dark chocolate, brown sugar, and walnut.
