This one is for anyone who thinks you have to go light to go good. Bean Martin is our answer to that, and it's a convincing one. The flavors in this cup couldn't exist in a single origin. They couldn't exist without pushing the roast deep, letting the sugars darken all the way toward second crack. Sumatra brings rich earthiness. Unwashed Ethiopia brings bright, sweet berry notes that somehow hold their own against the darkness.
