We're beyond excited to introduce our first coffee from Liliana Ramírez. She farms El Yolombo, a small finca tucked into the mountains of Anzá, Antioquia, where she cares for just 1,000 coffee trees. We were introduced to her through our friends at Desarrolladores de Café, a Medellín-based exporter doing incredible work connecting small Colombian producers with roasters around the world. They air-freighted this coffee straight from Colombia to our roastery in Denver, giving us the chance to experience this harvest at its absolute freshest.
