Our first Lucky Lot coffee: a thermal shock anaerobic Pink Bourbon from Néstor Lasso at Finca El Diviso in Huila, Colombia. If you don't know what any of that means, allow us to introduce you to one of the most unique tasting coffees we've had. A forward tasting cup that reminds us of warm tea when you're feeling a bit under the weather, with notes of chamomile and honey and a little more to think about than your average coffee.
