Decaf Brazil Whiskey Barrel Aged
We've found a local distillery with the same priority...creating community around craft beverage. Our whiskey barrel aged coffee starts with our single origin Brazil. We age the green beans for a few weeks in retired American white oak charred whiskey barrels that contained Fox Trail Distillery bourbon whiskey allowing the beans to take in all the flavor that is left in the barrels, slowly developing a complex flavor profile.
