Kenya forest, at an impressive altitude of 1,610 meters above sea level. It is owned by small-scale farmers and is part of the large Kabare Cooperative Society. All the coffee is fully washed in strict adherence to a defined processing protocol, where ripe cherries are selectively handpicked, delivered to the factory for processing, and fermented.
