Il est 8h, le passage Jouffroy s’éveille sous la verrière. Les vitrines du musée Grévin dorment encore, mais dans l’atelier de torréfaction Loutsa , les grains dansent. Ce café bio , torréfié sur place, a reçu le label "Fabriqué à Paris" . Un nez riche et gourmand , aux notes chocolatées et d’ agrume . En bouche, une matière ronde , équilibrée , avec une longueur cacao persistante. C’est le café du comptoir , de la pause volée, du matin pressé. Un café parisien pour les vrais Parisiens. Et une tasse qui connaît la ville aussi bien que vous !
