The coffee beans grown here are washed and patio sun dried to bring out their natural notes. They are SHB EP (Strictly Hard Bean) (European Preparation) create a delicious brew. Tarrazu is where Costa Rica coffee was born, known as "la cuna del cafe costarricense", "the cradle of Costa Rican coffee".
