History We have been working with this coffee since 2019 and we are so happy to have it back! From the highlands of Gedeb, Ethiopia, this coffee comes from hundreds of smallholder farmers growing heirloom varieties with exceptional care. Now in our seventh year working with Chelchele, we continue to value their outstanding quality and consistency. Carefully washed and slowly dried at 2,000 meters above sea level, it delivers vibrant sweetness, elegant florals, and lively citrus notes.
