Grown by smallholder farmers working through cooperatives across Colombia's coffee regions, this blend draws its balance from many altitudes and microclimates. The coffee is decaffeinated close to home using ethyl acetate derived from Colombian sugar cane, a gentle process that removes caffeine while leaving the bean's natural structure and sweetness intact. In the cup, rich cocoa and brown sugar open into a gentle lift of ripe stone fruit, carried on a round, creamy body to a clean finish.
