pear, raw sugar, and orange: a sweet, clean cup with some brightness to it. think ripe pear more than tart citrus. this lot is all bourbon, fully washed after an 18-24 hour fermentation and 3-6 days of drying. it comes from finca el tesoro, a farm run by juan adalberto villatoro cruz. finca el tesoro is located in buenos aires, hüixoc, within the la democracia municipality of huehuetenango.
