Insieme al Brasile, l’India rappresenta la nostra varietà di caffè prettamente tostata per l’espresso. Caratterizzato da una tostatura leggermente prolungata, e quindi più vicina al mondo tradizionale, questo prodotto restituisce al palato una tazza piuttosto rotonda. All’assaggio, si coglie sin da subito una leggera nota fruttata che ricorda vagamente l’albicocca, seguita dai sentori prevalenti di frutta secca tostata, pan tostato e cacao. Ritroviamo dunque un po’ tutte quelle note presenti in un espresso più tradizionale, qui impreziositi da una punta di amaro davvero piacevole. Al momento,
