Ethiopia - Banko Gotiti Yirgacheffe
On a scale of yummy to tasty, this Ethiopia is a solid delish. This coffee is Sweet & Smooth, with a touch flora and funky wine like fermented notes. We like to brew it on Pourover & Chemex , but a simple Drip would be killer too. Origin: Ethiopia Washing Station: Banko Gotiti Region: Yirgacheffe Tasting Notes: Mixed Berried, Winey, Jasmine Process Method: Natural Roast Level: Light
