When he purchased the farm from the legendary El Injerto Estate he had to cut a road, by hand, from the granite face of the mountain. It's now legendary in coffee circles, and the precarious drive up is a fitting gauntlet to prove your commitment to seeking out the fantastic coffee awaiting you at the top.
