Covabrelli Coffee · United States
Ethiopia Natural Process
Coffee from individual farmers is becoming less difficult to find in Ethiopia, but it is still extremely rare and requires a full supply chain in its support. This is a single-farmer microlot from the heart of the Yirgacheffe district, milled and exported by the former manager of the robust Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union. It’s a grade 1 natural process that has a complex fruit forward flavor profile. Medium: Syrupy, blueberry, raspberry, granola sweetness Medium Dark: Full body, cocoa, blackberry, dried fig 12oz, 16oz & 24oz options
Merchant's tasting notes: syrupy, blueberry, raspberry, granola sweetness, full body, cocoa, blackberry, dried fig
