Αρχικά, οι καρποί υποβλήθηκαν σε οξείδωση για 24 ώρες σε ανοιχτές δεξαμενές και στη συνέχεια σε αναερόβια ζύμωση για 48 ώρες σε σφραγισμένες δεξαμενές.
