Native - Diego Bermudez - Chocolate Strudel
Chocolate strudel is the base level from Native - the workhorse, if you will. A washed castillo, roasted to hit chocolate notes and freshly baked cookies with a hit of funk at the back. Expect sweet chocolate, stewed apple, baking spices. What is the roast recency? Native recommend brewing with beans that are at least two to three weeks off roast . All beans are roasted to peak flavour at around 6-9 weeks. We have the option to either purchase standard beans (no longer than 6 weeks off roast), or rested beans (at least 7 weeks off roast, no longer than 12 - should we have any left in stock!).
