Edwin Mazorra

Edwin Mazorra grew up working alongside his father at Miraflores, a small family farm in San Agustín, Huila. The family moved from commodity production into specialty coffee, focusing on Pink Bourbon and more precise post-harvest work. After depulping, the coffee dries with its mucilage for around 15 days as a Honey lot. Miraflores also protects a forest reserve that provides shade and helps safeguard the farm's water source. In 2024, Edwin Albeiro Mazorra Quinayas placed seventh in La Mejor Taza Huila with 87.43 points. Our light roast shows blood orange, juniper berry and floral notes.
