T his wet milled and strictly high grown Honduras Arabica of the Catuai variety is grown at above 5000 feet above sea level and makes for a superior cup of coffee since the sugars in the coffee develop slower, lending a richer flavor to the coffee. Only the ripe beans are meticulously hand picked every 7 or 8 days during harvest season. By carefully selecting only the ripe beans over a 4 month period, the coffee is more fully developed, and produces a very clean cup with a robust sweetness and smooth finish.
