Warm Hearts
Las Damas has become a staple for us and it comes in fresh from Peru each fall. The women behind this lot operate as a unit working towards the better good of their community in San Ignacio. The women at COOPAFSI are driven to improve the quality of their coffee because they have seen the positive impact this has on their families and communities. You can taste their drive in the cup. The flavor profile is warm and comforting - we get notes of caramel, dark chocolate, mixed nuts, pear, and apple.
