Ethiopia Sidamo
Grown in the highlands of Sidamo, Ethiopia, this coffee comes from smallholder farms surrounding Shefina Washing Station. Fertile soils and a cool climate allow cherries to mature slowly, developing the complexity characteristic of Ethiopia’s heirloom varieties. Handpicked at peak ripeness, carefully washed, and dried on raised African beds, this coffee offers a smooth, balanced cup with notes of jasmine, white peach, chocolate, and white grape.
