From the forested highlands of Kaffa — the legendary birthplace of Arabica — comes a coffee as layered and expressive as the bilingual soul of Fribourg. Grown in semi-wild environments and naturally sun-dried on raised beds, this Grade 1 heirloom lot carries the untamed richness of its origin. It’s a cup that balances wild energy with refined character. Expect vibrant notes of ripe berries, cocoa, and warm spices, wrapped in a syrupy body with a lingering, earthy sweetness.
