Colombia Tolima Del Rio
red apple and honey up front, with a black cherry finish and a full, round body. this lot comes from family-owned farms organized around ASOTBILBAO, a 50-member producer association in Bilbao, in the municipality of Planadas, Tolima. it's grown around 1450 meters, all caturra, fully washed and dried on patios. we recommend this coffee to any fan of andean coffees (or just medium roasts generally) - it's a great example of the distinct flavors that colombia can produce.
