Ethiopia – Medium
Using the same raw beans as the light roast Ethiopia, just roasting them longer, to a medium roast. We discovered a whole new dimension to this bean. The fruity characteristics were enhanced and we definitely unlocked some chocolate from this bean. The body is more heavy/jammy than one would guess from an Ethiopian bean. The aroma and flavor is prominently blueberry muffins with some dark chocolate sprinkled throughout! A must try for any medium roast or Ethiopian coffee lover. This one really shines as a pour-over.
