Brazil Fazenda Maria Celeste
Plum Wine, Anise, Cane Sugar *Women Owned Farm* Origin - Brazil Region - Trẽs Corações Process - Aerobic Fermentation Variety - Arara Altitude - 1100 meters From multi-year Minasul finalist Cláudia Maria Carvalho, this rare fermented Arara micro-lot comes from Fazenda Maria Celeste in Três Corações, one of the most consistent producers in the Minasul quality competitions. This lot placed 2nd and shows exactly why: bright fruit from controlled fermentation layered over the natural sweetness and structure that South of Minas is known for.
