Dark Side is a blend of El Salvador, Brazilian, and Costa Rican beans which gives off that amazing toasty flavour from a dark roast, but without the bitter astringency that can make dark roasts unpleasant. A Little Stitious is a blend of Colombian, Brazilian, and El Salvador beans, lighter roasted to highlight milk chocolat
