Colombia Urbania Paz Washed Castillo
After a winter inventory filled with wonderful non-arabicas, we welcome our first spring/summer season with a classic washed arabica cup! This mostly castillo lot is part of Urbania’s Paz project. The project focuses on farmers from growing areas steeped in armed conflict due to drug trafficking and illegal mining among other causes. Light-medium in body and approachable as a daily drinker. But a crisp citrus brightness keeps it inviting and more-ish.
