A “split roast” of three coffees from Huila Colombia, Nicaragua and Sumatra. The light roasted Colombian and Nicaraguan Coffees provide a bright acidity with good body. The darker roasted Sumatran Mandheling provides hints of sweet dark chocolate taste the keeps the coffee smooth with bold flavor.
